Operating policy:
In the morning between 6:00 am - 9:30 am you can use the swimming pools, adventure pools and 2 saunas only!
The elements of the adventure pools and the slides can only be used from 10:00 am!
Sauna World: between 6:00 am - 9:30 pm.

With the 3-hours ticket you can spend 3 hours in the Aquaworld. Extra 15 minutes provided for changing.
For further minutes a fee of 30 HUF/minutes will be charged.

*The sauna ticket and sauna pass is only for using the Sauna World for 2 or 3 hours. After leaving the Sauna World there are 20 minutes provided for changing. For further minutes spent in the Sauna World or in the pool area a fee of 30 HUF/minutes will be charged.
Children up to 14 years are not allowed to use the Sauna World.

Discounts
- Use of the Bongo Kids Club playhouse to the Guests of the Hotel, Oriental Spa Wellness and Fitness Centre and the Aquapark is FREE.
- Group discount: Over 10 people we provide customized offer, please note pre-reservation is needed.
- 10% discount for residents of Újpest, Fót, Dunakeszi, Göd, Budakalász, Szentendre, Pomáz from ticket prices on weekdays. A valid adress card must be shown at the cashier's desk.
- For actual promotions and special discounts visit our website.
The discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
Further Information
- Children under 14 must have parental or adult supervision at all times while enjoying the Water Theme Park.
- Please note that water theme park may only be used at your own risk and health conditions.
- Gift voucher can be bought on weekdays from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m.
- Children under 14 are not allowed to visit the Sauna World.
- Minute-based admission tickets include +15 minutes for changing.
- Towel rental: 500 HUF/piece, surcharge in case lost: 2000 HUF/piece
- Bathrobe rental: 1000 HU/piece, surcharge: 5000 HUF/piece
- Surcharge for the access authorized watch with chip card: 2000 HUF/person
- Safe deposit: 200 HUF/piece
- Cloakroom: 500 HUF/piece
