Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free wireless internet access is available to hotel guests.
What is the name of the Wi-Fi network?
The open network is called ARB_Guest, while ARB_Event is available for event guests.
No password is required to connect.
Is the Wi-Fi secure?
Network traffic is transmitted over an unencrypted connection. We therefore recommend following standard data security practices when using public Wi-Fi.
Is there a Business Corner?
Yes. The Business Corner, located in the Lobby, is available to guests 24 hours a day, free of charge.
Is printing available at the hotel?
Yes. The Business Corner is equipped with a printer and provides a personal, secure printing facility.
Is photocopying or faxing available?
Reception staff can assist with sending and receiving faxes and with photocopying.
Is there a luggage storage facility?
Yes. Luggage can be stored in the luggage room located behind the Reception.
Is a porter or luggage assistance service available?
Yes. Luggage assistance can be requested at Reception or from the porter.
Is concierge service available?
Yes. Our Guest Relations team can assist with, among other things:
- restaurant reservations,
- car rental,
- organising sightseeing tours,
- ticket reservations,
- flower orders,
- arranging babysitting services,
- programme recommendations.
Can I request a wake-up call?
Yes. A wake-up call can be requested from Reception by calling extension 601.
Can I request an adapter or charger?
Yes. International adapters and chargers can be requested at Reception.
Are umbrellas available?
Yes. Hotel guests can request an umbrella free of charge at Reception.
Can I send a letter or postcard?
Letters and postcards can be handed in at Reception, and our colleagues will assist with mailing them.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. Three guest elevators are available from the hotel Lobby. A separate Spa elevator provides direct access between the floors of the main building and the wellness area.
Each of the apartment buildings also has its own elevator.
