What time is check-in?
Hotel check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Hotel check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Room cards remain active until 11:00 AM at the latest.
Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in may be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Can I arrange check-out the evening before?
Yes. You can settle your bill and arrange your check-out on the evening before departure.
When is Reception available?
Reception is available 24 hours a day.

Is room service available?
Yes. Room Service is available every day from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
How can I order room service?
Press the Room Service button on the room telephone or dial extension 642.
How much is the room service fee?
A HUF 2,000 service charge is applied to each room service order.
How often are the bed linens changed?
Bed linens are changed twice a week. Daily replacement is available upon request.
How often are towels changed?
Towels placed on the floor are changed once a day free of charge.
Can I request a towel change more than once a day?
Yes. The fee for an additional towel change beyond the one complimentary daily change is HUF 1,050 / piece / occasion.
Are bathrobes provided in the room?
Yes. The bathrobe can be found in the wardrobe in the room.
How often are bathrobes changed?
Bathrobes are changed free of charge after the 3rd night. In other cases, the bathrobe replacement fee is HUF 1,750.
Are slippers provided in the room?
Slippers are not included as standard amenities in all room types. Terry slippers can be requested from Housekeeping.
Can I request an extra pillow or blanket?
Yes. An extra blanket and an additional pillow can be provided upon request.
Is there a pillow menu?
Yes. Guests can choose from pillows with different levels of firmness and ergonomic designs.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted thermostat.
Why doesn't the air conditioning work when the window is open?
The air conditioning system only operates when the windows and doors are closed.
What is the standard room temperature?
The centrally set standard room temperature is 23 °C.
Is there a minibar?
Yes, but the minibar is empty by default. A minibar beverage package can be ordered through Reception.
What toiletries are provided in the room?
A basic cosmetic set is provided in the bathroom. Additional toiletries can be requested from Reception.
Can I request an iron for the room?
Yes. An iron and ironing board are provided free of charge upon request.
Can I use my own iron?
It is not recommended. For fire safety reasons, please do not use your own iron.
Is a sewing kit available?
Yes. A sewing kit is included in the bathroom cosmetic set.
